1. Acceptance of terms
These terms apply to all orders placed through lightmute.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't place an order.
2. Prices & taxes
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws. Shipping within the United States is free. We reserve the right to change prices; the price at the time of order is binding.
3. Orders & payment
Payments are processed by Stripe (major credit and debit cards). After payment confirmation you receive an order confirmation email. We process orders on business days (Mon–Fri).
4. Shipping & delivery
We ship from our US warehouse within 1–2 business days after payment. Delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 4–8 business days. We will contact you if a delay occurs.
5. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product isn't what you hoped for, email info@lightmute.com and we'll refund the full purchase price — no questions asked.
6. Product use disclaimer
Dimming Dots are a cosmetic product for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a dermatologist if you have a medical concern.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lightmute's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the purchase price of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Lightmute operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
